How strong is recruiting at Williams College?

Hello!

Im a high school senior who is strongly considering applying to Williams College in the Early Decision round. I understand that Williams broadly classified as a low target or high semi-target but I was wondering if anyone personally knew what recruiting there was like or had insight from the industry for both finance and consulting.

In addition, how would Williams compare to say Dartmouth for example, as that is my other top choice. However, for some external reasons I will have a much better shot if I apply ED to Williams than to Dartmouth. Is there really a big difference? Or is this more of a “a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush” situation?
