How to get into the best business school from community college? What degree will help the most from IB,Hedge funds,PE,and etc

Hey guys i am at a current community college i am hoping to transfer maybe in the fall or sometime next year with a GPA no lower then a 3.8 and want to know whats the best way to get into the best business school i can. i live in Dearborn, Michigan so i am guessing Michigan State University or Ross Business school are my best choices but i want to know if i can do anything better then that. If possible for me to get accepted into these schools what degree will help out the most a degree in Finance/Math or Economics/Math or any suggestions. If worse comes to worse will an MBA help out if i don't get into the top 20 or a school that is recruited by Investment bankers.
