How would you invest donor money?
If you had the opportunity to start a fund at your University, without any restrictions, what would you invest in?
My University is a non-target and needs something to differentiate itself from other Universities. This fund has to be something that draws students to our school, donors will not invest in us if it is just another standard fund. Some ideas are a VC fund or RE fund, but those are pretty niche. Any input is appreciated!
