H/S/W MBA profile chances
I want to apply to H/S/W this December for R2 to pursue an MBA next year. Want to get an appraisal of how realistic that would be for me. I'm from Europe.
Would like thoughts on min. GMAT score, and admit chances. I think I am HSW or bust on a personal level.
- UG in Music at top university in country: 3.9/4.0 GPA, Gold Medal for exceptional results
- WE: 2.5 yrs at MBB in London. Firm has offered to sponsor MBA. Guaranteed promotion upon return.
Secondment of 6 months as Data Analyst at European Unicorn scale-up and 6 months as Growth Manager in European Unicorn start-up by time of application.
- GMAT: Will take in a month as I want to prep first, cold diagnostic had score of 705 (Focus edition) so will likely bump up to target of 730+
-EC: lots of music & theatre ECs in college, post college mainly rec sports involvement + mentoring. Have also moved countries and learned foreign language during secondment.
-ORM: White, male, LGBT
-Story: not fully clear yet, still figuring it out. I want to gain more financial credibility in my career, but not clear on overall story. Would consider moving to IB or trying for HF post MBA but not married to the idea.
