ICMA MSc in Corporate Finance

Hey Guys,

Does anyone know anything about ICMA's MSc in corporate finance? What about employability and acknowledgement? Is it considered a Tier 2 centre after LSE, Oxbridge, Warwick and Imperial?

Is supposed to have very good facilities like dealing rooms etc...

Thanks a lot!

Has good facilities but not that well regarded in the UK so forget about abroad.

Put it this way, my friend graduated from there and now lives with his parents again.

Might be good if you network like crazy and have good prior WE.

Damn, is that bad ?! To be really honest I like the curriculum more that say Warwick or Bath (other tier 2). I guess if you want to 'invest' 17000 GBP you want your degree to count abroad as well...It's a pity that you cant find decent Tier 2 MSF degrees in the UK.

dacasaleIn the UK is all about LSE, Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, Warwick and UCL. Do you learn more in those? Probably not, but they are the targets and going anywhere else will only make your life more difficult. But do think about your networking skills and what you can offer an employer to assess your chances of getting in from a non-target.

Sure, but if top IBs employers are prejudiced then really you don't have a lot of options have you? Networking is one for sure, but u have to have the full package.
