IE vs EDHEC vs Bocconi

Hello everyone. I am an Italian student about to complete my undergraduate degree. I have received offers (with scholarships) from IE and EDHEC for the MSc in Finance, and I am waiting to hear from Bocconi (they'll let me know in about a month). I think Bocconi would be my top choice, but I am in no way certain I'll an offer (seeing as for non-Bocconi Italian students there are only 25 slots); for that reason I am going to reserve my place at either IE or EDHEC by paying 6000€, and wait for Bocconi's response. Do you think this is a good strategy? which is better, IE or EDHEC? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. - GMAT 700 - GPA 29/30 (Italian grading system) - currently doing an internship
