Indiana MSF: If free, then is it worth it?

Monkeys,

Only saw one other thread on this without much info and Linkedin search proved limited. Does anybody have experience/know somebody close to the program? I am currently at a name brand firm with no immediate plans to leave, so I would not need recruiting. I’m just interested in the program to round out my knowledge base as I was a non-finance undergrad, CFA doesn’t really match up with my goals, and I do not want to pursue an MBA (at least right now, if ever). Also, the degree would cost me next to nothing; only my time.

Do you bossmen think its worth it, or may potential employers question the online format later on in my career?

I don't really know anything about the program, but it looks pretty weak in my opinion. If you're at a good firm with no plans to leave then why would you consider a shitty MSF program? If you were going to go back for any schooling then I would go the MBA route or at least a better MSF program (MIT, Princeton). I guess the only way I would consider doing it, would be if you could do it part time while working.
