Integrated Ms in Mechanical engineering Moroccan student from Morocco

Hi Im currently 18 graduated high school 1 year early compared to my classmates in 2016. Last year i enrolled in an integrated masters in mechanical engineering in morocco but i wasn't able to complete the first semester due to pneumonia " i was in the hospital after having a stroke; a buddy of mine found me laying on the floor". Earlier this year i started looking for what i wanted to do in life afterwards . I enrolled in engineering because of our f*cked up educational system "basically there's "la fac" where you won't have a job after graduating and "grande ecole" of engineering where you may get a job if you are lucky enough "

I did 3 internships the first was in consulting in a factory owned by one of the largest Moroccan holdings the second was in a car rental multinational the third was in the ministry of transports "co-op".

I've always been interested in banking and consulting . knowing thefact that i have no chance of working n places like MBB or BB banks is devastating

Im willing to apply for european business schools for undergrad think "bocconi HSG .." i know that the transition from engineering to business isn't logic but i did engineering because of a lie we were told "do engineering and you'll do anything you want in life"

What do you think i should do ??

NB: Wall street oasis is one of the most inspiring forums out there, keepit up guys.
