International Dual MBA

Has anyone here done or know someone thats done a dual MBA with an international school, such as one in Latin America? Was just wondering how recruiters for internships and full time view the 2.5 year completion and if it holds any negatives in terms of recruiting for full time positions as you may miss a cut off time for rotation programs beginning.. and also any 'oompf' that it gives to a resume
