Is the full time SDSU program worth it?

I see a lot of hate for lower tier business schools on this websites and I understand why it exists. However, for someone like me, who is not keen of getting into the New York City Wall Street game but just looking to aggrandize my position for higher paying jobs in the finance field, it seems like an MBA from a respectable school that people have heard of would be beneficial.

I am particular interested in real estate finance positions as I am a real estate agent part time and the industry really fascinates me. I anticipate getting an entry level financial analyst role upon graduation with the company I am interning with currently.

Also, what do you guys think about the combination of a CFA and a not-top-school MBA?

Thanks everyone.
