Is the MSc Investment and Wealth Management from Imperial worth it?
Hi everyone, I applied to Imperial’s MSc Finance but was offered a place in the MSc Investment & Wealth Management instead. I’m trying to figure out how to think about that switch. My long-term goal is to work in asset management, and I’m wondering how the IWM is perceived compared to the MSc Finance in terms of recruiting strength and brand signal. Does it place well into front-office AM roles in London? Is it viewed as more wealth-management/private banking focused, or still strong enough for broader finance paths? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
It's not a top tier program... sadly I would say avoid it...
