L Catterton Pre-MBA

Interested in the associate program (mainly flagship and growth): is it 2-3 years up or out? Asking b/c I'm seeing a few associates at the firm whose LinkedIn states they still work there, but are not currently listed on the site. So if you're not promoted after two years to senior associate, are you fired? Just curious about this particular aspect of the pre-MBA associate program

Also, if you work there pre-MBA and want to return post-MBA, do you need to get to the senior associate level pre-MBA to come in directly at VP level post-MBA?

Lastly, can anyone who recently worked there/knows someone there comment on the culture of flagship and growth? I have read all other content posted in WSO on Catterton, just looking for recent takes.
