Law school then MBB
I have a strong interest in law and would like to pursue it for knowledge for possible career in the future. At top T14 law schools what is it like for MBB recruiting. I see a few law schools have OCR for law students.
Does anyone have any insight on this? Do you need prior work experience? How plausible is this ? Do they care about your undergrad school at that point? Would a JD be equivalent to an associate? What would the exit opps be like for an MBB associate?
I know an MBA is preferable but I have other reasons for law school for long term career goals which an MBA alone would not suffice. I am considering JD/ MBA although that requires work experience prior and at that point it is less benefit.
