Leaving job early MBA
I am attempting to lateral (externally) into IB from my current position. I have been here for around 1 yr (first job after undergrad) and while I love it, it's very hard to go higher if I don't have a PhD. l I want to lateral this summer, but I am not sure if I should just stick to my current job for another year since I don't want to look like a job hopper to MBA admissions in the future since. Any thoughts on this?
