lesser known MBA + good work experience vs Good mba with no experience

i have a question
i live in a small country in europe and i can go for an mba at the top university of the country. Having that said, i dont think the school is well known in rest of the europe.
If i take the mba get good work experience in upper management in my country, and i try get a job abroad, with the experience make up for the lack of the "brand name"?
