With a good GMAT you’ve got good chances. I’d also apply to LSE to diversify a bit as they don’t require a GMAT and thus would love your 3.9.

No but friends do.
Word of caution, the LSE MiM does require GMAT if you don't come from a UK school so would be asked in OP's case.
Wasn’t aware of that, but I think that LBS cares more about the GMAT/CV and LSE cares more about UG grades so applying to both still applies.
LSE require the GMAT for the finance and management master's if you didn't study in the UK.

Well the application deadline is in 6 days, so if you are yet to take your GMAT it's already too late. Otherwise, you should have a decent chance with a 700+ GMAT.
