Looking for an MBA intern part time in NYC for Evergreen Investment firm

I am a partner at a $1bn+ NYC evergreen investment firm (family office) looking to add an MBA intern from NYU or Columbia to work during the year, not just the summer. We do a mix of direct investing, fund investments, and LP co-investing with a pretty lean team. This intern would be working 15-20 hours per week in a mix of in-office and remote work, and need to have real PE deal experience historically.
2 questions: 1- what is a reasonable monthly comp goal for this? 2- is this a unicorn hire or are MBAs doing this already and I am just not aware of it?
