Make up for average gpa
I graduated from the Sauder school of business at UBC with a cumulative grade of 76% or B+. I am planning on working for 2 years in Dubai before applying to a business school. How does the grade listed above impact my chances of acceptance to a great business school - and what should I be doing in the mean time to make my application outstanding?
Yeah B+ isn't that bad for business school. What is that like 3.3? The average for the top American MBAs are all around 3.5 to 3.6.

There are American schools where a 3.3 is well below average and others where it would place you in the top quarter.
