Manhattan Gmat 4th vs. 5th edition

Hi Guys,

Really didnt want to make a new thread for a short question but couldnt find anything else related to this.

Im going to start studying for the GMAT (again), just wondering if there is any difference between the 4th edition and 5th edition Manhattan Prep books? Other than the IR section of course

Thanks

well, the new MGMAT books will walk you through the new OG13 guide from GMAC. if you go with the old MGMAT edition then you will have to use OG12. not a huge difference by any means, but most people want to go with the newest material available.

if it were me, i would man up and go with the newest materials available, but that's just me.

I'm in the exact same boat. I am only concerned about the SC book though. I think the lack of idioms and stronger emphasis on meaning would cause me to get the 5th ed SC book. I can't imagine too many breakthroughs in the other sections.
