matching masters to career prospects

Hey, I've been offered a masters in Banking & Risk, I was interested in the modules that were on offer and the university is very well respected in the UK. I suppose I've gotten hung up on my career outlook if I was to do it. It seems that most of the people that do the course go into risk management or get a credit analyst position in a big bank. My own interest is to go into investment banking, preferably in M&A, after completing the masters and I'm worried now that as I look to where others have gone after doing the course that I might not be in as good of position to do what I want and work in investment banking. Would I be better suited to do a more general masters in Finance or does it really matter?
