JPM is a lot better. Nomura in U.S. is known as 3rd/4th tier and should not be considered.

Regardless of bank comparison, it's not like "Harvard & Co." will look at your b-school app and entirely judge your candidacy based off the bank you worked for. SO MANY other data points. If you're trying to make a decision about which bank to prep for your b-school app... just don't, it's a waste of time.
