Undergrad trying to study abroad ... Do MBA programs look at a one-semester study abroad transcript, as long as the grades transfer over to the home institution?

Depends on the school. Most MBA business schools">M7 will require you to send your transcript from study abroad. Only one that didn’t ask me was HBS.
Did you need to send a separate transcript from your study abroad in addition to your regular undergrad? I get grades in my study abroad program but they just appear as Pass/Fail on my regular school transcript, so I was assuming nobody would see my grades.
Yep, they asked for a transcript from the host program unless they show as grades on your normal transcript .
