MBA Candidate evaluation

Hi all - looking for an honest evaluation of my b-school admission chances for top-15 schools. Looking at applying in R1 (currently working on essays and have recs lined up).

GMAT: 710 (48Q, 39V, 8IR). Took in early 2018
GPA: 3.4 from a non-target school. BSc in Finance

Work experience:
5 years working on statewide and national political campaigns. Started as an assistant and took on increasing responsibilities and budget responsibilities, last campaign was running a Governor's race. I also worked on two presidential campaigns. Experience in fundraising, communications, operations, and strategy.
1 year (current) - Chief of Staff to the CEO of a VC-backed e-commerce startup. Startup was founded by two Wharton grads
Will get 1 rec letter from a former governor and 1 from current CEO

Schools I'm applying to:
Kellogg
Wharton
Columbia
Darden
Ross
HBS

Please let me know what you think. I welcome the tough/honest feedback.

What are your post-MBA goals? It isn't clear why you moved from political campaigns to an e-commerce start-up. Explaining this move and how an MBA will get you to your short-term goal will be very important.

Your stats aren't all that great so your essays and recs will need to be.
