MBA needed for Europe?
Is European IB 2 years and back to business school for an MBA like in the US or is there no set time frame/requirement for getting an MBA in order to be promoted to associate?
any European IBers on here know about this?
I'm not a European IB, but I have done some reading on Euro career paths in general. Compared to the USA, it is definitely the case that the MBA degree is less necessary and potentially avoidable altogether. I can say with some certainty that not having an MBA in Europe will be less restrictive than it is in the USA.
