MBA or Masters in Finance after Finance Undergrad

Hello, this is my first post. Some background info, I am a senior graduating from a not a top-tier finance school (UConn). I currently do not have any relevant internships and I am worried about finding a job in equity research and or IB. So my question, what would you recommend for me to get an MBA or a Masters in Finance? Any other career advice would be appreciated.

With 0 experience, the masters in finance. Though, whatever reasons (grades, extracurriculars, experience) are keeping you from landing a job are the same ones that will keep you out of top programs.

Hustle your ass off for something: F500 financial rotation program.. entry-level treasury.. anything relevant. Then go back to school and try for ER/IB.
