For States, McGill all the way.
Don't go to Laurier if you can go to McGill. Placements are way better for most industries (like IB and consulting, for business) and the international and historical reputation of McGill is much greater. Better alumni network too. Rotman is good for MBA, less good for undergrad.
Although I'll add that the double degree thing looks cool and having Waterloo on the resume will improve things.
