McGill or HKUST for finance in the US?
Hey!
I’ve recently been accepted to both McGill University’s BCom and HKUST’s BBA, and I’m trying to decide which one would be a better fit for a career in finance and consulting, specifically in areas like investment banking at bulge bracket firms and management consulting at MBB firms in the U.S as a french person, focusing on New York, Chicago, and the Northeast region.
I’m also considering the possibility of doing a U.S. exchange (like the University of Michigan). I’d love to hear your thoughts on whether such an exchange would make a candidate more desirable in the US industry.
I’d greatly appreciate your insights on which program is better suited, and which one might provide better access to internships and recruiting opportunities in the U.S
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
McGill for sure. It is Canada will be more likely recognised ;)
