MSF FIU

I'm a student from an engineering background, I want to pursue a masters in finance at FIU. I would like to know my chances

UG in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering with a minor in Economics

UG GPA: 8.1/10, Minor GPA: 8.43/10 GRE: 320 (170: quant; 150: Verbal) summer internship: Ernst and Young Pvt Ltd, Financial Services, Advisory.

What is the acceptance rate at FIU. I plan on applying to LSE, UT Austin, UT dallas, Rutgers, Olin Business School, Princeton.

Any Universities I should look at apart from the ones mentioned above?

Thanks!

futurectdocDon't go to FIU, it's not going to get you into high finance.

Yes, it can, albeit at the middle market or boutique level, which is the predominant landscape in South FL and FL in general.

OP, refresh my memory: what is the highest GRE score attainable? I doubt you meet the minimum for FIU, unfortunately.

150 is very low for verbal. Perfect on quant is nice though.
