Need Help With College Decisions and IB Advice

What's up yall. I have come here to seek advice. I was wondering since I'm from Houston should I go out of state to do IB somewhere else? I got into Mays Business School at Texas A&M and I feel like that is a great opportunity for IB in Texas. My other options in my top 3 are IU Kelley and Smeal College of Business at Penn State. I feel like these are better opportunities out of state for IB but should I leave this great state, will it really make that big of a difference on making it to be very successful. Where should I go and why? Also, should I stay in Texas or should I leave for IB and opportunities?
