Non-Diversity First Gen MBA Admissions
Really far from MBA admissions but was wondering how MBA admission committees (particularly M7) view non-diversity first generation college applicants.

Experience, GMAT, target post-MBA goals, recommendations are what truly count.
All MBA processes are pretty much the same, with the exception of Dartmouth who makes you travel there. And diversity really isn't the drastic edge that WSO makes it out to be.
Fwiw, most top-25 programs have similar exit opportunities. Not being M7 definitely means you have to work harder, but not being M7 doesn't mean you have no shot.
