NYC or LA? (Stern vs Marshall UG)

I have lived in LA all of my life and have began to become bored of the city as a result. I got off the waitlist for Stern but USC admitted me for the spring and gave me the option to spend my fall semester in London at a sister school. I went to NYC for the first time over spring break and loved it there but due to the size of the city I wasn't able to get a true idea of living there. I plan to try to go into L/S or L/O, really anything besides banking.
