NYU Transfer Student

Hey Monkeys,

I am currently a freshman at an engineering school (think RPI, WPI, RIT) majoring in fin+math, and after realizing I wanted to do banking applied for a transfer at NYU Stern. I just found out yesterday I got in but am hesitant to go due to the rumors of cut throat competition. Could anybody give me some more insight on Stern.
