One year MSIS or work experience?

I have found myself in a good but very difficult decision making situation and I am wondering if anyone on here would be able to provide some advice. A bit of background...

I was able to complete my Bachelor's degree in Economic Consulting through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in three years and as a result had a plan to complete the one year MSIS though the Kelley School of Business (concentrated in Business Intelligence) to round out my four years at IU.

I have been interning this summer at a large bank in data analytics and management reporting. My manager brought to my attention today an offer to begin working full-time immediately following the internship and therefore, passing on the MSIS opportunity.

I have been thinking about deferring my acceptance, getting one year of work experience in and going back to complete the degree. I am wondering what people think when comparing work experience to an MSIS degree and what you might think would be my best course of action. Thank you for your advice in advance.
