Options after MBA?
How likely is someone from a T15 MBA without any relevant industry experience to make it into a good role at a tech PE/VC/startup?
For context, I've been in real estate private equity/credit for the past two years and am not sure this is a long-term thing for me. Went to a target and a lot of my graduating class is making much more than me in other industries (IB, PE, tech) and I'm not sure I have the passion for real estate to comfortably swallow this kind of discount. Was an engineer in college and tech has always interested me. Anyone else in RE have similar thoughts or has anyone gone to RE after an MBA and made good money compared to their peers?
