Picking a school for freshman year undergrad

I have accumulated most of my acceptances and these are my final options:

Syracuse Whitman
Binghamton SOM
UMASS Amherst Isenberg
Stony Brook Business
UBuffalo Business
I plan on possibly transferring out to a better school after freshman year, however which school would give the best shot at IB?
