Post-grad NYC Development Salaries for Graduates of Top 5 Universities

I'm entering a top university (think Columbia or Harvard), non-MBA real estate graduate program, and plan on going into development after graduation in New York City. What are people from programs like this making in NYC development firms straight out of grad school? I have 5 years of experience in architecture prior to grad school.
