Post-MBA Opportunities with only 2-3 YOE

Hey all - I was accepted into a T15 program that places well into New York City (Cornell, NYU, Tuck), but I only have 2 years of work experience right now. I've spent that whole time working in public sector consulting and am looking to get out. I have interest in real estate investing, startup growth strategy, and private equity operations, but I'm worried that having 2.5 YOE won't be enough for recruiting.

While I have developed soft skills and learned ideation methodologies, I haven't worked in any relevant industries to actually have working knowledge of anything outside the government or a career track like marketing / finance. Do you think with 2.5 YOE at matriculation I would have enough experience to be competitive for post-MBA roles in those areas? Thanks!
