Profile evaluation MIM

I am a last year undergrad student at Bocconi and my goal is to land a job into MBB in London or ideally in the US (even if it's almost impossible) to gain enough knowledge and network to help the family business that is now expanding in the US.

Which schools should i apply for the MIM given my profile?

GMAT: 680 (Q47,V38)

GPA Bocconi: 29,3/30

work experience: summer intern in a local accounting firm (i may get an off-cycle in IB from january)

other info: exchange at University of California, analyst in finance club

Should i retake the GMAT to apply to the top schools, or should i stay in Bocconi for MIM (such as the Bocconi-ESSEC double degree or CEMS MIM)?

Thank you all in advance for your help!
