Recommendation needed!

Hi, I would like to ask for recommendations for MSF in USA or UK as I seek to work in either country. So placement over there as international students are very important for me.

GPA: 3.71/4 (BBA, major in finance, Thai University) GMAT: 620 Q48 V28 (I know it's bad. I took it thrice already.) Internship: 2 internships at an insurance broker company. Current Position: Equity research for a small buyside family office.

For retaking gmat, it will be tough as I didn't have much time to study it as I am working two jobs currently. I had an offer from Warwick university this year but i declined it due to financial reasons. I will apply Warwick university again when application opens.

Thank you. I would appreciate any recommendations.
