[RESEARCH] Why are REITS, closed-end funds, and others excluded from IPO research?
Hi guys,
I am going through academic IPO literature and wonder why some IPOs (REIT, ADR, closed-end funds, unit IPOs and many others) are excluded from IPOs whenever IPOs are researched?
