Restart in UK?

Currently a first year international at a US target school. However, this year basically no internationals got offers and the climate seens like it will only get worse. The plan would be to do a masters at a UK target if I got no offer, but would it be worth it to transfer after my second hear and do another 3 (2 in some exceptional case if I got second year entry to LSE Accounting and Finance) at an undergrad program like LSE UCL or Warwick. At this point my technicals and resume would already be IB ready. Open to any advice.
