So I am trying to build my resume for Business school apps. I intend to have a consultant looking over it at some point. Just a question here about the content.
On top of my regular job, Big4 accounting-audit, I have been heavily involved in a nonprofit that I founded, ran. The nonprofit is an ESL program for immigrants here in the States, and for kids abroad.
So, I wanted to put it as work experience, not as extracurricular activities. I led more than 30 volunteers and had about 80 people benefiting from it thus far.
Would it be better to add it as Work experience since frankly it is my biggest achievement since leaving college 1 yr ago? Working as the Big 4 is not my selling point.
