Running out of room on one page resume and can't include details for a college internship. (I'm now 5 years out). Better to include job and title w no details or just cut completely?

If it's not relevant enough that you can find room to include the details, the title is just wasted space. If there's just the title there, you're not answering the "why should I care" questions that the reader is certainly thinking.
