no prob - you may be able to aim higher but i think it could be tough coming from a tax background. CBS ED probably makes sense for you if you like the school
My boss had almost an identical background to you (I don't knwo his GPA but he went to a big state school), was a big 4 auditor for 4 years, promoted, got a 730 GMAT, and aimed to go to BB IBD. He went to Booth.
3.9 is stellar, obviously, and the masters sweetens the deal even more.
I've been playing w/ Clear Admit's livewire data & pulled the records of apps like yours (Round 2 applicants, GPA 3.8-4.0, GMAT 720-740).
Here's a histogram of all the accept/reject records by school:
Obviously not a statistically significant piece of analysis for a lot of reasons, but these are about as close as we've found to actual numbers around this stuff.
