Rutgers Business School vs IU Kelley (undergrad)

I'm a senior in high school and will likely have to pick between Kelley and Rutgers as to where I will study Finance. My goal is to break into IB. I qualify for in-state tuition for Rutgers and it's very close to home making me tempted to attend despite the worse IB-recruiting statistics. However, Kelley is roughly 10-15k more expensive per year, is far from home, but I believe there are likely more opportunities there. If you were in my shoes, what would you do?
