Scholarship/Financial Aid for international students in USA.. Info?

I'm bothering you I know, but The American Dream is calling, and with Uk out of business I'm looking for a postgraduate in USA. So, I would like to know if it's hard to obtain a scholarship/financial aid as international student (EU) in a target USA Uni. I'm not searching for MBA, but MSc, Finance or Business Management. I have seen Brandeis, IIT, Columbia etc. but tuition fees are crazy!

For MS programs you should pretty much assume that there will be no scholarships, aid or any kind of funding. Schools will usually fully fund PhD programs, give out aid for undergrads but not masters; vast majority will be paying full price. There may be some external scholarships available but very rare and competitive, especially for internationals
