School Funding

Hi, I am an international student from European Union and I don't come from money. As I am planning to apply to HEC Paris, I have to tackle a financial dimension. I will be short c. 30 EURk. How do you guys obtain and secure financing of your programs? Any recommended bank/educational loan providers for international students?
