Should I get a recommendation letter from my professor?

After looking it up, most M7 schools ask for recommendation letters from extracurricular activities or work. Obviously, I can get pretty good recommendation letters for that but we had a special relationship with my professor, spent too much time working together and he got a fucking top-tier CV (Top-PhD. Work experience at a top-tier quant fund, FED, ECB, and WEF.)

What do you think? Should I get a recommendation letter from him?
