Small school vs bigger school
I’m currently in my second year at a small state state school (just over 10,000 students). I accepted their offer of a full-ride academic scholarship in order to avoid hefty student loans, and I’ve maintained a 4.0 gpa, keeping transfer opportunities open.
I genuinely believe that if I stay, I could be the top finance student of my graduating class. However, there is no advantage gained by graduating at the top of a list in which no one receives an offer.
On the other hand, a potential transfer could leave me “lost in the weeds” and overlooked at a more prestigious university.
Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you, and enjoy your day :)
