State Street to MBA

Working for State Street going through their professional development program which I assume is pretty prestigious ( surrounded by ivy leaguers / high starting salary and bonuses). Just wondering if anyone knows how this firm is viewed by top B schools if I decided to make the move to get an MBA down the line? Got a 3.4 in Finance out of a top 20 B school and have scored pretty consistently at 700 on my practice GMATs..Thanks for any input

What do you do in the professional development program?

Under my tutelage, you will grow from boys to men. From men into gladiators. And from gladiators into SWANSONS.

Job looks pretty good, but not amazing (similar to your undergrad and gmat). You should have a shot at Booth, Kellogg, Columbia, Sterne, etc, but top 3 (H/W/S) are unlikely unless you do something very impressive outside of work.

Yeah it seems the top three you need some sort of crazy EC to make your resume stand out... I'll have to think about a way to get involved in the community
